Virtual Machines Data Recovery: Attaching Virtual Hard Disk
This
article was written based on the actual step documented in recovering files from a broken
Virtual Machine Hard Disk Drive(VHD).
We are
working on a system in collaboration with other developers. I used to work with Oracle
Virtual Machine called VirtualBox where I used in testing and debugging the
system.
During
system integration with other developers, the virtual machine encountered an error and unable to start properly. I did try numerous solutions posted on the
internet but epic fail. I was totally upset about it that I could not retrieve the files. I explored the Windows 7 Disk Management Tool settings and tried several steps until BINGO! it works.
